Situated in a quiet suburb in Bloemfontein, Resting Place Guest House is an ideal overnight accommodation destination for business people, families, company representatives, sport groups & semi-permanent guests.

We have a large selection of pet friendly rooms to fit your specific need and budget. We have our own spa with massage therapis on site. On the premisis we have 27 rooms, a swimming pool & 6 braai areas. 3 Exclusive Suites with Jett bath’s and 10 Fully equipped self-catering rooms. We provide selected DSTV channels in all rooms.

We offer safe parking with electronic security gates. Visitors can also enjoy our pleasant and spacious garden with benches and shade areas to relax in.

Conferences, Function Hire & Catering

We have a Lapa and offer full conference fasilities for up to 50 people. Catering can be done for any function we host. We have two conference facilities;

The Lapa can accommodate up to 60 pax cinema style, equipped with Data Projector, PA system, Flip Chart and 2 air conditioners.

The Raadsaal can accommodate up to 30 pax cinema style, equipped with Data Projector, Flip Chart and 1 air conditioner. This venue can also be used as a break away room.

We can accommodate all your catering requirements on site with full time kitchen staff you will feel right at home.
