Kosi Forest Lodge a private lodge situated in the un-spoilt wilderness that is part of the Isimangaliso Wetland Park, now internationally recognised as a World Heritage Site. The 16-bed lodge offers comfortable accommodation, fine cuisine and caters for a host of estuarine, beach and wilderness activities.

•    They are all unique and very special venues and we will do our utmost to make sure your stay is fun, effortless and memorable.

We can provide the following for the bridal couple as part of our wedding package which include a 3 night stay:

•    Ceremony and local minister (Excluding registration process, marriage certificate and Minister’s accommodation – subject to Minister’s availability.)

•    Wedding dinner or luncheon or champagne breakfast (for guests staying at the lodge only)

•    Open seating for guests alongside the bridal couple, limited to the number of guests allowed at the lodge.  If more seats are required for more non-lodge guests, there will be an additional charge

•    Sparkling wine in honeymoon suite with a surprise gift

•    Bridal bouquet and buttonhole for groom

•    Wedding cake (variety of options available)

3 nights at Thonga Beach Lodge & 2 nights at Kosi Forest Lodge includes sparkling wine & welcome note upon arrival at lodges.

Thonga Beach Lodge includes a private poolside or beach deck dinner and private picnic in the dunes and back. Kosi Forest Lodge includes a private leisure activity (weather dependant), private dinner and aromatherapy outdoor bath.

Tucked into the tranquil sand forest alongside the Kosi Lake system is an unspoilt wilderness lodge that offers 8 bush suites hidden within the forest.  Unique outdoor en-suite bathrooms are set in soft, white beach sand under Umdoni trees, providing a truly romantic experience.

If you can drag yourselves out of the rooms, try guided canoe trips along peaceful channels, secluded forest walks and boat trips through the lakes followed by a picnic lunch on the beach.
