Welcome to the gem of the Kwa Zulu-Natal Dolphin Coast, Salt Rock Resort, consisting of Salt Rock Hotel, Caravan Park and Salt Rock Palms Timeshare.

Salt Rock Resort is nestled amongst tropical palms on the golden shores of the warm and sparkling Indian Ocean.

Salt Rock on the Dolphin Coast is home to hundreds of resident Bottlenose Dolphins and is a small resort 50km or 30 minutes north of Durban. Transfers from King Shaka International Airport are easily arranged. Only 20 minutes from the new airport.

Salt Rock is surrounded by several world class golf courses. The largest shopping centre, Gateway, in the southern hemisphere is a mere 25 minutes drive away.

WDDINGS

Over the years the Salt Rock Hotel has earned an excellent reputation for the lovely settings it has. There are various venues to choose from and each receives efficient and reliable service ensuring you value for money.

The cost of hosting a “beach wedding” on the lawn is negotiable. We are able to quote on a marquee function including all the extras. There are also fixed venues. Kindly refer to our printed version of all costs and contacts.  There are so many variations, so why not phone us for a reasonable and no obligations quote.

A menu to satisfy your requirements.

Accommodation is available for guests from afar. We feel that this allows friends and family to meet and go to the service together as well as avoiding a late drive home after the excellent celebrations. A minimum of 2 days booking will be required. Please note that a limited number of rooms are made available for this purpose.

The honeymoon suite will be reserved for the bridal couple on their wedding night courtesy of the hotel with fruit basket and champagne on arrival.

We would like to point out that it is advisable to confirm your reception well in advance as such events take a lot of planning. A non-refundable deposit is payable to secure the booking of your wedding and the remaining balance must be paid 30 days before the wedding.

Single per delegate includes   DBB          R1205.00 pp

Morning and afternoon teas, lunch, Dinner, Bed and Breakfast, Room hire, Standard equipment (flipchart and pens, OHP & screen) wrapped mints, cordial juice and iced water on conference tables and VAT.

CONFERENCE DAY RATE – (negotiable for larger conferences)

Per delegate: R 355.00 pp

The above rates include:

Morning and afternoon teas, Tea and coffee mid morning, Lunch, Room Hire, Standard equipment (Flipchart and pens, OHP & screen) wrapped mints, cordial juice and iced water on conference tables and VAT.

Any other conference equipment is available at additional cost
