Arniston Intimate Weddings

Our friendly and efficient staff will aim to make your wedding day a truly romantic, blessed and unforgettable experience.

Ceremonies can be held in either the village’s quaint little church, on the hotel lawn overlooking the ocean, or on the beach. Wedding celebrations are tailor-made to your specifications and either held in one of the restaurants or on the front lawn of the hotel in a tent. Should your celebrations include music and dancing, the hotel will be your exclusive venue for the day and night of your wedding.

Accommodation

Our 60 luxurious rooms are all en-suite and equipped with world-class amenities. The seafront rooms have spectacular views and you can drift off to sleep with the sound of the waves breaking on your doorstep.

We also have inter-leading rooms for families as well as fireplaces in some of the pool view rooms for those cozy winter evenings.

Meals For guests staying at the hotel:

•    breakfast is included in the accommodation package and served buffet-style in our main dining room

•    you can enjoy a light lunch in our bistro area or around the swimming pool

•    dinner is served in both restaurants and is a’ la carte

For the wedding reception:

Our Chef will compile any menu you desire and quotes are based upon these.

You can either choose between:

•    Set Menu, which can be as many courses as you like or

•    Buffet Menu

Bar

We have our own Liquor Licence and therefore do not allow any alcohol other than ours to be sold on the premises. Corkage is charged at R30, 00 per bottle of wine, should you bring your own special selection.

The Wedding Package can be tailor-made to suite any wishes and requests. We can recommend any service providers from flowers, free-form coverings and photography to gazebos, draping, décor and music. Menu samples can be forwarded as soon as we have a guest count, date of wedding and type of food service you desire.

Included in our normal packages are:

•    Accommodation & Breakfast

•    Accommodation for wedding couple is free on their wedding night

•    Catering during wedding ceremony

•    Room hire

•    Service Staff

•    White table linen and serviettes

•    Hotel’s cutlery, dishes and glasses

Not included in packages are:

•    Lunch, room service orders or other meals

•    Service gratuity

•    Other décor, table linen and serviettes other than those of the hotel

•    Other cutlery, dishes and glasses other than those of the hotel

•    Any hired items for the ceremony or reception
