MOGALAKWENA is a specialist destination and offers an authentic Bushveld venue for celebrations of every kind; from a romantic safari wedding to milestone occasions that promise memories to last a lifetime. The celebration can be small and intimate or a bigger function hosting up to 150 guests.
Mogalakwena is ideally positioned on the Mogalakwena River, 20 km from its confluence with the Limpopo River. It is situated on approximately 2 000ha of bushveld with abundant wildlife.
TrouBos is situated on the banks of the river in the shade of large indigenous trees with a ‘chapel’ to say your vows. Seating is available for up to120 people.
Events Venue
The Reception or Events area can accommodate120 people for a sit down dinner or 150 people for a cocktail function. It has a bar, lounge, cloakrooms, and a beautiful terrace overlooking the river.
Further options are;
An al fresco dinner around the lapa area and swimming pool or bush dinner on the reserve under a canopy of stars.
The 80m2 dance floor offers guests the magic to dance under the stars late into the night.
